Known as Shoot for a Cause; Bowhunters RoundUp Off-Grid for PTSD is Michigan's largest PTSD focused Archery event that draws in several hundred veterans, archers, individuals who face PTSD, and their family members. Participants can enjoy a day of togetherness while engaging with a 30 3-D target Archery course, vendors, seminars, and learning about PTSD specific resources. This event is family orientated and participants/spectators can enjoy food, door prizes, novelty shoots, & silent auction items. All veterans in attendance, first responders, and those who face PTSD are also eligible to be nominated to be outfitted with 1 of the bows that we will be giving away the day of the event.
-The shotgun start is for the open shoot participants show up at 9a. That just allows us to spread out shooters at the beginning so people do not cluster up. If you show up to shoot the open shoot after 9:30p we will just let your group head out to the course as you arrive in your group.
-If you are shooting the The two man Scramble, that begins at 10:30a sharp.
-If you shoot the two man scramble you are welcome to shoot the course again after at no additional cost
Unable to make it to the event? You can still be a part of this amazing event by submitting a donation today! Your donation will be distributed to programs that provide immediate assistance in PTSD efforts and programs for Veterans. We thank you in advance for your support and next time we see you please let us know and we will be glad to shake your hand with a heartfelt smile 😀
